AK Biotech is dedicated to providing an intergrative service for
the R&D,Manufacturing and Marketing of API Manufacturing
Processs Development,Pharmaceutical Intermediates and Impurities
Research,new Veterinary Drug Development,Food and Cosmetic
Additives,Custom Synthesis and so on.
Our company fully implements the ISO9001:2000 international quality
control system to manage the whole process of product R & D,
pilot test and the complete production process, including raw
material purchase control, production process control and finished
product inspection control, so as to ensure the production of
high-quality products. We have the whole process R & D and
production capacity from small-scale laboratory research to pilot
scale-up research and industrial application research. AK Biotech
is a modern science and technology enterprise integrating R &
D, production and sales.
AK Biotech now has a 1500 m2 R & D center located in 28#
Building. No.1919 Shuangyan Road, Jinma Town, Wenjiang District,
Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China. We have 5 small-scale
synthetic laboratories, 3 scale-up synthetic laboratories, 1 clean
laboratory and 2 quality control laboratories. There are more than
30 employees in AK Biotech. The testing instruments include LCMS,
HPLC, GC, infrared tester, Polarimeter Melting point tester,
moisture tester, potentiometric titrator, microbial detection, etc.
Our plant covers an area of 65000 square meters. At present, two
workshops have been built, totaling 4000 square meters. It has more
than 60 reactors. The annual production capacity can reach 2000
tons of fine chemicals.
